🔞 Do you have to be at least 21 to order?
Yes! All products on Glass Humans are intended for legal use only and can only be purchased by individuals 21 and over.
💔 What’s our return policy?
Because most of our items are used for personal or legal herbal use, all sales are final. If however your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, reach out to us within 2 business days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
🔥 What kind of products do we sell?
We strive to offer high-quality glass, accessories, and gear for everyday use, from brand name essentials to curated rigs, pipes, and tools. Our focus is on clean design, functional quality, and gear we’d actually see ourselves using.
📬 How do you track an order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, or contact us directly at allhumanglass@gmail.com
📦 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. Most items ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days. We’ll send you tracking as soon as your order is on the way!
🌍 Where do we ship?
We only currently ship to select regions within the United States.
đź’ł What payment methods do we accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards. All payments are secure and encrypted. We don’t currently accept crypto or Cash App, but that's subject to change in the future.

We’re a small, independent brand built by real people who care about clean glass, good design, and honest business. We're not a warehouse, we’re building a culture.
